SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY – Athena Jewels (Pty) Ltd


At Athena Jewels, we work hard to make sure your order reaches you safely, beautifully packaged, and on time.


Where We Ship

We currently ship only within South Africa.

Couriers We Use

All parcels are shipped using trusted couriers:
  • The Courier Guy
  • Fastway Couriers


Processing & Delivery Time

  • Stage Timeframe
  • Order Processing 1–3 working days
  • Delivery (Once Dispatched) 2–4 working days
  • Pre-Order Items 1–2 weeks before dispatch
  • Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Pre-Orders

If your item is marked as pre-order, it means it is being made or sourced specially for you. Please allow 1–2 weeks before it is shipped. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–4 working days.


Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when checking out.
• If you realise there’s an error, please email us immediately at support@athenajewels.co.za.
• If the parcel has already been shipped and is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply to resend it.

Responsibility After Dispatch

Once your order is handed over to the courier, it becomes the responsibility of the courier and the customer. We’ll assist wherever possible, but courier delays or lost parcels must be followed up with the courier using your tracking number.
